Shaq Bdair

Shaq Bdair has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2005. Shaq began their career as a Lead Software Engineer at AMC Mortgage Services and then moved to a Software Engineering Manager role at Yahoo! in 2007. In 2010, they became the Director of Software Engineering at AT&T Interactive Inc. and then transitioned to a Senior Software Engineering Manager role at Microsoft. In 2012, they were the Executive Director of Engineering & Release Management at YP Holdings, LLC (YP.COM/YELLOWPAGES.COM). From 2013 to 2019, they held various roles such as Co-Founder, CEO, CTO, and CMO at VGOD, SALTNIC, STIG, XL VAPE, and Cloudscape. In 2019, they also became the Managing Partner at SSB Investments Inc. and the COO of Sun Scooter, Inc. Currently, they are the Co-Founder & CEO in Residence at ELYXR Labs Inc.

Shaq Bdair obtained a B.S. in Computer Science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology between 1995 and 2000. Shaq then went on to obtain an M.S. in Software Engineering from California State University, Fullerton between 2007 and 2009.
