Fidele Nikwigize

Fidele Nikwigize is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and financial management. As the Founder of Business Transformation Practitioners since September 2024, Fidele develops strategic visions to connect innovative startups with investors and mentors while maintaining key stakeholder relationships in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In the role of Business Development and Partnerships at Techinika, which focuses on digitizing education through customized training, Fidele supports individuals in skill enhancement. Previous experiences include interning in the finance department at BPN Rwanda, working as a Research Staff Member at NABU, serving as an Accountant at The Public Institution for Education, functioning as an Assistant Accountant at the Anglican Church, and starting out as a Sales Stock Associate at Ignite Power. Fidele is currently pursuing ACCA and a Bachelor's in Applied Accounting at Oxford Brookes University and is studying Global Entrepreneurship and Business Sustainability at Arizona State University.
