Jagrut Patel has extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership roles in the technology industry. Jagrut is currently working at TechInsights as the Vice President of the Spend Insights business unit, where they are responsible for the overall management and growth of the business. Prior to this, they held roles such as Director of Product Operations and Director of Costing Operations at TechInsights, where they led global teams and implemented process improvements to enhance performance.

Before joining TechInsights, Jagrut worked at Nokia as the Head of Benchmarking for the US, where they led a team that conducted competitive assessments and analysis to shape future products. Jagrut also established design rules to improve the competitiveness of the product portfolio.

Earlier in their career, Jagrut worked at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as the Head of Reverse Engineering and Benchmarking, where they worked with cross-functional teams to drive cost reductions and strategic development decisions. Jagrut also served as the Technical Manager of Competitive Cost Analysis at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.

Prior to that, they worked at Lucent Technologies as an Engineering Manager, leading a team of design engineers and managing product development cycles. Jagrut also worked at AT&T as a Member of Technical Staff, where they led the design and development of electronic enclosures and managed regulatory compliance testing.

Jagrut started their career as a Lecturer at Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya and also served as a Shop Supervisor at Larsen & Toubro, supervising a workforce involved in the manufacturing of large pressure vessels.

Jagrut Patel completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya in 1991. Jagrut then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1993 and 1994. Finally, Jagrut Patel earned a Master of Science (MS) in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, graduating in 1998.
