Ofelia Seoane

Ofelia Seoane is a Tax Senior Director at Techint Group and currently serves as the President of the Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales (2022-2024). With extensive experience since 1991 at Techint Group, they have also held multiple roles in various organizations, including member of the Comisión de Impuestos at the Cámara de Exportadores de la República Argentina and the Advisory Council for Tax Matters at Cámara de Sociedades. Ofelia has been an adjunct professor in Tax Theory and Technique at the Universidad de Buenos Aires since 1997 and previously taught in a Master's program in Finance at the Universidad del CEMA. They earned their degree in Tax Law from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where they studied from 1980 to 1984.
