Dale Leiva

Dale Leiva currently serves as the Project Supply Contracting Manager and Head of Subcontracting at Techint Engineering & Construction, starting in July 2023. Prior experience includes a range of roles at Pluspetrol from April 2007 to June 2023, including Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Manager, International Procurement and Logistics Manager, as well as leadership positions such as Head of Contracts and Head of Supply Chain. Earlier career experience includes procurement roles as Buyer at Cameron and Rand McNally. Dale Leiva holds an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and dual BBA degrees in Supply Chain Management and International Business from the University of Houston-Downtown.
