Hugo Kopca

Hugo Kopca is an experienced planning and scheduling professional currently serving as Planning Manager at Techint Engineering & Construction since July 2025. Prior positions include Senior Scheduler at Covestro and Scheduling Manager at Via.work, which was acquired by Justworks. Hugo has held multiple scheduling management roles at companies such as Kiewit and The Haskell Company, demonstrating a strong background in project scheduling and management since starting in the field in 2016 with CH2M Hill. Hugo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Valle de México and additional education from ESIA/IPN.
