David Jacobs

David Jacobs has diverse work experience spanning several years. David started their career as a Manager in Marketing Education at Rolm, where they played a key role in retooling the training operation and received positive feedback for rewriting the curriculum. David then joined IBM as a Sales Manager, where they successfully negotiated a three-year contract with a major energy company. After this, Jacobs worked at Comsul Ltd. as a Regional VP, where they tripled revenues by opening offices in multiple markets and improving the marketing strategy. In 1996, they founded their own company, TechKnowledge Consulting Corp., and served as its President. TechKnowledge is a vendor-independent technology advisor that offers various technology consulting services across multiple industries. Jacobs has extensive expertise in areas such as audio/visual design, data center design, infrastructure design, and security systems. David is also known for precision project management and strategic technology planning.

David Jacobs attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 1977 to 1981. David obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a minor in Computer Science. In 1989, they participated in the IBM President's Class and completed a "Mini Executive MBA" course taught by professors from Harvard Business School.
