Karolina Slowik

Karolina Slowik is the Head of HR at Techland, where they develop and implement policies and processes to support the organization’s HR strategy. Previously, Karolina held various HR positions at Techland, including HR Business Partner and Senior HR Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruitment Partner at IBM and an IT Recruitment Consultant at CPL Jobs, where they led recruitment projects and collaborated with hiring managers. Karolina holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Sociology from the University of Wroclaw and a postgraduate degree in Management Psychology.
