Saroj Kandel, Ph.D., is an experienced environmental project manager and civil engineer with a robust background in stormwater management, site assessments, and remediation efforts. Currently employed at TechLaw since August 2023, Saroj Kandel previously served as Civil Engineer II at Parsons Corporation, focusing on the design, construction, and monitoring of best management practices for stormwater runoff. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Water Resources Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Master's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
