Kim Taylor currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Bridgit, where the focus is on enhancing property financing solutions for Australians. With extensive experience in learning methodologies, sales enablement, and coaching, Kim has held key positions at Convera and Western Union Business Solutions, driving impactful training solutions and sales performance enhancement across global teams. Kim is also the Founder of Power Play Training, specializing in performance training and coaching. Earlier career roles include coaching and instructional design at Mind Gym, mojologic, and AMP, coupled with management positions in marketing and events at Theatre of Image and Mission Australia. Kim holds certifications in Training & Assessment, NLP and Coaching, and a BA in Acting/Musical Theatre.
