Guo Li

Guo Li has a wealth of experience in the field of data science. In 2021, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Techlent. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Member Of Technical Staff at Salesforce from 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Data Science Team Lead, Data Scientist II, and Data Science Tech Lead at Ultimate Software. In 2017, they were also a Data Scientist Fellow at Metis. In 2016, they were a Competitions Expert at Kaggle. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Postdoc Fellow at Berkeley Lab, a member of the national laboratory system supported by the U.S. Department of Energy. Finally, from 2007 to 2012, they were a Research Assistant at the Institute of Physics & Beijing National Lab for Condensed Matter Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where they discovered the dominant role of vdW forces in formation of styrene nano wires by developing kinetic Monte Carlo model and implementing them with Fortran, as well as revealed that different dendritic ZnO nano structures are resulted by the competition between atom deposition and diffusion by applying Diffusion Limited Aggregation model.

Guo Li received a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Tianjin University between 2002 and 2006. Following this, Guo Li went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences between 2006 and 2012.
