Senthil Nayagam Palaniappan

Senthil Nayagam Palaniappan has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Senthil Nayagam began their career as the Founder and Managing Director of RK Computers, where they developed Accounting and Inventory Management Software for clients in Madurai, Tamilnadu, India. Senthil Nayagam also provided software training to students and professionals during their time there. In 2004, Senthil joined Dot Com Infoway as a Software Developer, where they developed application software using various technologies. Senthil Nayagam quickly progressed to the role of Assistant Manager, managing projects in Dot Net technologies and overseeing a team of developers, designers, and testers. Senthil Nayagam was responsible for resource allocation and ensuring timely project delivery. In 2019, Senthil joined Canarys as a Senior Technical Project Manager, where they successfully managed projects until early 2020. Currently, they are the Delivery Head at Techmango Technology Services Private Limited.

In terms of formal education, Senthil completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Madurai Kamaraj University, where they studied from an unknown starting year until 2007. Prior to that, they also earned a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from the same university, studying until 2004.

Before their university studies, Senthil attended The American College from 1985 to 1991. During this period, they obtained a P.G.D.C.A. (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications) in Computer Science in 1990-1991 and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mathematics from 1988 to 1990. They also completed a B.Sc(Spl). degree in Mathematics from 1985 to 1988.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Senthil has acquired several certifications. They obtained the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in March 2018. They also received the Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification accredited by SCRUMstudy in the same month and year. Furthermore, Senthil earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification from Microsoft in June 2020. Lastly, Senthil possesses certifications in MS-Project, Visual Basic, Visual C++, and CCNA from Microsoft and Cisco, although the specific completion dates are unknown.
