Reid Gillam

Reid Gillam currently serves as Business Director at Techmer PM, having progressed through various roles since May 2006, including Regional Sales Manager and EMEA Business Manager. This experience involves leading sales teams in the East and Midwest, executing commercial strategies, managing business operations in Europe, and overseeing sales territories with a focus on custom product development and process optimization. Prior to Techmer PM, Reid worked as a Process Engineer at Sea Ray Boats from 2004 to 2006, where contributions included implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles as well as developing plant designs for new models. Reid holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained between 2000 and 2006.
