AJ Shehadi

AJ Shehadi has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of operations, strategy, business development, finance, and staffing. AJ began their career in 1998 as a Recruiter for TMSI. AJ then moved to Mindbank Consulting Group, LLC in 1999 as a Technical Recruiter. In 2000, AJ became a Senior Technical Recruiter for Technical Pros. In 2001, they took the role of Finance Manager at AV Automotive Porsche, BMW, Audi of Arlington. After two years, AJ joined Lindsay Automotive Group as Finance Director and Sales Manager in 2003. In 2006, AJ joined Employment Enterprises, Inc. as Executive Vice President, Vice President of Staffing, and Regional Manager. Most recently, AJ has been with Technalink since 2015, where they currently hold the roles of SVP of Operations & Strategy and Director of Business Development.

AJ Shehadi attended the State University of New York College at Potsdam from 1991 to 1993. In 2013, AJ Shehadi obtained a Leadership Action Program certification from George Mason University and a Certified Internet Recruiter certification from AIRS.
