R.j. Caster

R.J. Caster is the Chief Executive Officer at Techne Media, LLC, where he specializes in helping clients reach their audiences across multiple screens with data-informed planning and execution. Prior to his current role, R.J. worked as the Senior Director of Digital Operations at Majority Strategies and as the Strategy Director overseeing direct mail and mobile advertising campaigns for political candidates. Additionally, he has experience as a Security and Private Investigator at Proactive Special Security. R.J. holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Frostburg State University.
