Ahmed Koubaa

Ahmed KOUBAA has extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly in the field of technical analysis and testing. Ahmed has worked as a Lead resident at Technica Engineering GmbH, specializing in analyzing and resolving real car problems for BMW. In this role, Ahmed conducted deep analysis of car bugs using data loggers equipment and BMW tools, as well as analyzed LF communication using a spectrum analyzer.

Prior to this role, Ahmed was a Technical leader for the Comfort access domain at Technica Engineering GmbH, where they supported BMW projects and ensured customer satisfaction by estimating change requests, providing technical support to colleagues, and solving problems.

Before joining Technica Engineering GmbH, Ahmed worked as a Test manager responsible for comfort access and central locking domains at Technica Engineering GmbH, working specifically on the BDC2018 project for BMW. Ahmed also served as a Team leader at Technica Engineering GmbH and a Local ISTQB trainer, planning test activities, performing automated test protocols, and analyzing results.

Earlier in their career, Ahmed was a Senior validation engineer and Validation software engineer at Telnet, working for the INGENICO group, and a Validation Engineer of Embedded systems at Focus, working for the PSA group. These roles provided him with valuable experience in software validation and testing.

Ahmed KOUBAA completed their Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National School of Engineers of Sfax (ENIS) from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended the Preparatory Institute of Engineer Studies of Sfax (IPEIS) from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they obtained the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level certification in 2016 from ISTQB®.
