Romario Basem

Romario Basem is a System and Software Engineer specializing in time synchronization, automotive Ethernet, and in-vehicle networks at Technica Engineering GmbH since May 2025. With prior experience as an Embedded Software Engineer at Valeo from July 2022 to May 2025, Romario contributed significantly to Ethernet technology projects for major automotive clients such as BMW and Renault, focusing on advanced Ethernet protocols and switch technologies. Romario holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Assiut University and participated in the Automotive Cybersecurity Tech Ambassadors Program at the Information Technology Institute in early 2023.
