Bret Shankleton

Bret Shankleton has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bret started their career as a Supervisor at Delphi Automotive in 1994. Bret then moved on to Zehrco Plastics, where they worked as a Manufacturing and Engineering Manager from 1998 to 2001. Bret then joined US Can Company as the Director of Operations/Plant Manager, overseeing various aspects of plant and facility operations. Bret later served as a Plant Manager at Ball, leading a team of managers and plant personnel. Bret also worked at Crown Cork & Seal as a Plant Manager, where they managed a team and ensured compliance with regulations and quality standards. Bret joined ITW Sexton in 2011, where they held roles such as Business Unit Manager and Global Sales and Engineering Manager. Bret also worked at ITW as a Business Unit Manager and Technical Sales Manager. Most recently, they became the Head of Can Manufacturing at Technical Chemical Company in 2020.

Bret Shankleton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University, where they attended from 1990 to 1993. Following this, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration at the University of West Georgia from 2002 to 2004.
