Artesius Miller, Ph.D., is a prominent educational leader and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in the field of education and program development. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Utopian Academy for the Arts Charter School Network since August 2013, Artesius has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing educational opportunities. In addition to this role, Artesius serves as the Chairman of the State Board for the Technical College System of Georgia and as an Adjunct Professor at Morehouse College.
