Artesius Miller

Artesius Miller, Ph.D., is a prominent educational leader and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in the field of education and program development. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Utopian Academy for the Arts Charter School Network since August 2013, Artesius has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing educational opportunities. In addition to this role, Artesius serves as the Chairman of the State Board for the Technical College System of Georgia and as an Adjunct Professor at Morehouse College. Previous roles include National Program Director at The Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation and various positions focusing on business development and operations analysis within the charter school sector. Artesius holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Morehouse College.
