Asimah Rafi

Asimah Rafi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Asimah began their career as an American Society for Microbiology National Center for Infectious Diseases Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 1999. Asimah then joined MedImmune in 2000 as a Research Scientist. In 2003, Asimah started working at Technical Resources International, Inc., where they held various positions in regulatory affairs, including Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Regulatory Affairs Manager, and Director Regulatory Affairs. Most recently, they served as the Director of Project Management at the same company, a role they started in March 2019.

Asimah Rafi has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Virginia Tech. Asimah also has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology/Immunology from the same institution.
