Elizabeth Polo

Elizabeth Polo has a strong background in the field of clinical research and scientific liaison. Elizabeth worked as a Clinical Trial Monitor at Roche from September 2008 to August 2010. Elizabeth then joined PSI CRO AG, where they served as a Clinical Research Associate and the company's Legal Representative in Peru from February 2011 to May 2016. During this time, they developed clinical trials, interacted with health authorities and the medical community, and provided scientific support to external customers. From June 2017 to September 2018, they worked as a Contract CRA at FHI 360. In January 2019, they joined the Grünenthal Group as a Medical Scientific Liaison, where they provided scientific support, medical training, and responded to scientific information requests. Elizabeth also worked as an Independent Consultant since May 2016 and is currently serving as the General Manager at TRI CRO S.A.C. for Technical Resources International, Inc. in Lima, Peru.

Elizabeth Polo earned a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Universidad de San Martín de Porres between 1997 and 2003. Elizabeth later pursued a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science/Research and Allied Professions at the same university from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they became an ASQ member and received a degree as a Qualiy Assurance Auditor from ASQ in 2018. Elizabeth also obtained a CCRP degree as a Clinical Research Professional from SOCRA in the same year.
