Julia Bates

Julia Bates has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent role was as a Regulatory Operations Associate III at Technical Resources International, Inc. where they managed the transition to new software, processed regulatory documents, and maintained information in the client's Clinical Trial Management System. Prior to that, they co-founded Sexistential Joy, a sex-positive web content platform, where they distilled complex research into accessible formats and managed the website. Julia also worked as a Medical Scribe at VetFed Carenet, where they read through veterans' medical records to support their disability claims. Julia has also worked as an Emergency Medical Scribe at ScribeAmerica, adjunct faculty at Montgomery College, a tutor at Antioch College, a teacher's aide at Suisen Fukushikai, a medical scribe at Eureka Pediatrics, a senior counselor at Joy of Art, and a school-age before/after care teacher aide at Kids Adventures & Teen Adventures.

Julia Bates attended Montgomery Blair High School from 2010 to 2013. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences, General at Antioch College from 2013 to 2017.
