Malaika Dsouza, PMP has a strong work experience in various roles related to business analysis and management. Malaika started their career in 2004 as an Associate in Investment Relations at HDFC Bank, developing the Financial Planning Services business and managing client portfolios. In 2006, they joined Deutsche Ba as an Associate in Customer Relations, where they improved customer service and managed portfolios for high net worth customers. In 2007, they became a Business Analyst at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, preparing requirement and functional specification documents and conducting product walk through sessions. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Business Analyst at Infogix, Inc, where they interfaced with the Billing teams and authored requirements documents for building an in-house billing system. Currently, they are employed at Technical Resources International, Inc. where they have held multiple roles since 2015, including Manager of IT Business Analysis, Manager of IT Business Analyst, Manager of Business Analyst, and Lead Business Analyst.

Malaika Dsouza, PMP, holds a Masters in Management Studies degree in Finance from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Malaika has also obtained certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2018 and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in January 2021.
