Liting H. is a Design Survey Engineer at the Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan, specializing in codes and standards compliance, modeling, and analyzing pressure equipment, as well as overseeing pressure equipment regulation and registration within the province. Prior experience includes working as a Research and Development Engineer at Sino American Silicon Products Inc., where Liting established a new product manufacturing line, determined standard manufacturing procedures, analyzed root causes and failure modes, and improved production processes and techniques. Liting also served as a Seaman during military service. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Regina, and dual Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Chung Hua University.
