Norm Grabowski

Norm Grabowski is an experienced professional in the field of process engineering, specializing in commissioning and start-up activities for over 24 years. Currently serving as a Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspector at the Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan since February 2020, Norm conducts inspections on in-service equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards. As the Director of NG Operational Readiness Ltd. since May 2016, Norm has led various projects involving complex processes including urea and ammonia production, and has developed extensive commissioning and operational readiness expertise. Previous roles include positions at Cameco Corporation and Cenovus Energy, where Norm demonstrated leadership in commissioning and operations readiness. A certified Power Engineer with a focus on safety and technical training, Norm is proficient in procedure writing, operational training, and utilization of advanced technologies in plant operations.
