Norm Grabowski is an experienced professional in the field of process engineering, specializing in commissioning and start-up activities for over 24 years. Currently serving as a Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspector at the Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan since February 2020, Norm conducts inspections on in-service equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan delivers programs and inspection services to make the province a safe place to live, work and play, by ensuring the safe operation of boilers, pressure vessels, elevators, amusement rides, electrical and gas installations throughout the province. The Authority administers licensing and inspection programs related to these devices to ensure they are operated in accordance with safety standards set out in legislation and regulations. The Authority assumes the responsibilities of the Licensing and Inspections branch of the Ministry of Corrections, Public Safety and Policing. The Authority was established in response to rapid technological change, industrial and economic growth in the province, and industry's need for more timely inspection services.
