Gustavo Parolin

Gustavo Parolin is an experienced application developer at Technical Safety BC since March 2018, specializing in Moodle and EnerGov configuration, theme customization, block development, and API integration using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, alongside expertise in Oracle databases and Crystal reports. Prior to this role, Gustavo served as a full stack web developer at Tribunal de Contas da União from August 1998 to October 2017, where contributions included the development of the ISCNet system and coordination of software development life cycle phases. Additional experience encompasses acting as a manager in the Knowledge Management Department, supporting SAP implementation as a business analyst, and working as a software developer for GRV Música, Media e Entretenimento on a digital music royalty management application. Gustavo holds a degree in Information Technology from UniCEUB and completed further education at CodeCore College.
