Edward Williams

Edward Williams has over 17 years of experience in the field of information technology. Edward is currently the Chief Information Officer at Technical Safety Services since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director/CSO of Information Technology at Shermco Industries from February 2020 to September 2022. In this role, they led the IT organization to support growth, improve service delivery, and drive digital transformation. Edward also focused on driving efficiency and simplifying processes.

Before joining Shermco Industries, Edward was the Director of IT at Alorica from August 2014 to February 2020. Edward built and directed multiple teams supporting a portfolio of applications and global infrastructure. Edward also drove transformation and growth projects to provide world-class services.

From July 2013 to August 2014, Edward worked as the Manager of Global Server & Storage Operations at Levi Strauss & Co. Edward directed multiple teams supporting the global organization's distributed multiplatform compute and storage infrastructure. Edward developed global strategies to provide critical support and drive innovation.

Edward's career in information technology began at Quest Diagnostics, where they worked as the Manager of IT Infrastructure from June 2005 to July 2013. In this role, they led distributed teams that supported the critical enterprise IT infrastructure. Edward also drove the adoption of new technologies to improve management, maintenance, and stability.

Edward Williams attended Strayer University from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
