Kelly Hart serves as the Director of Fuels Safety Operations at Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) and has previously worked as Assistant General Counsel and Director of Investigations and Public Information. Before joining TSSA, Kelly worked as Complaints Resolution Counsel at The Law Society of Upper Canada, and as an Assistant Crown Attorney at the Ministry of the Attorney General. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University in 2001.
