Synclair Synclair is an Engineer currently working at Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) in the Fuels Safety department since April 2022. Prior to this, Synclair held the position of Sales & Engineering Manager at Giffin Canada and Giffin Combustion Services Limited. With a background in Energy Engineering and Thermal Physics Engineering, gained from a Master's degree at Zhejiang University, Synclair has extensive experience in project management, designing industrial boiler control systems and piping systems, as well as boiler commissioning. Synclair also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Dalian Maritime University.
