Jim Tavernetti

Jim Tavernetti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in 3D modeling and animation. Currently serving as the 3D Modeling & Animation Manager at Technical Training Professionals since September 2012, Jim manages and mentors staff while developing solutions for complex project challenges. As a Forensic Animation & Visual Communication Expert at Principal Animation LLC since March 2002, Jim creates admissible forensic animations and serves as a nationally qualified expert witness in 3D modeling. Additionally, Jim has a background as an Associate Professor at The Art Institutes, where curriculum development and instruction were key responsibilities, earning the title of Teacher of the Year three times. Early career experience includes training professionals in computer visualization and animation at Design Technologies. Academic credentials include a BFA in Electronic Media from the University of Colorado Boulder, an MBA in Educational Leadership and Management from Argosy University Seattle, and a degree in Computer Animation from the Academy of Art University.
