Jean Merveilleux du Vignaux

Jean Merveilleux du Vignaux is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Deputy General Director and Financial and Legal Director at TechnicAtome since March 2011, Jean oversees the finance and legal departments in a company with approximately 2,000 employees and over €600M in revenue. Previously, roles included Executive Sr VP & CFO at ADAGE LLC, where Jean initiated a joint venture for biomass power plants in the US, and VP & CFO at Transnuclear, Inc., where operational controls for a growing business were implemented. Additional experience includes Corporate Treasurer for AREVA, where Jean streamlined liquidity structures in North America, and Front Office Executive in financial operations at Orano. Academic credentials include a DESS in Capital Markets from Université Paris Dauphine and an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School.
