Jennifer Nicholson (Rip)

Jennifer "Rip" Nicholson is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Technicians for Sustainability since October 2020, Jennifer has a diverse background that includes roles such as Independent Contractor for Canyon Ranch Institute and Owner Representative at Bradley Construction Management, where responsibilities included overseeing the Stephen's Ranch Phase II project for Starwood Energy Group. Prior experience encompasses positions such as Assistant Project Manager for The Walsh Group, where involvement included the Norfolk FBI Field Office, and various roles in project engineering and management at companies like Balfour Beatty Construction Services US and Centex Construction. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, Jennifer has built a strong foundation in construction project management and sustainability consulting over a career that started in 1998.
