PV Engineer Commercial Electric Design at Technicians for Sustainability

Rafael Gil has a diverse work experience in different industries. Rafael started their career as an intern at M3H Constructores in 2010 and later became a Supervisor in the same company. In 2013, they worked as a Testing Proctor at The University of Arizona. Rafael then joined Technicians for Sustainability (TFS) in 2015, where they had two roles: PV Engineer Commercial Electric Design and Solar PV Residential Design & Sales. Rafael's work experience demonstrates their proficiency in engineering, construction supervision, and testing.

Rafael Gil received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Los Mochis in 2010. Rafael then pursued an M.S degree in Engineering Management at the University of Arizona from 2012 to 2014. During their time at the University of Arizona, they focused on the field of study in Engineering Management. In addition to their formal education, Rafael also completed a Global Renewable Energy Course at Reykjavik University in 2014, expanding their knowledge in the field of Renewable Energy.
