HARSHA RG is an experienced professional in the field of Customer Technical Support and Project Coordination, currently serving as a Customer Technical Support Co-Ordinator at Vantiva since October 2021 and as an Onsite Coordinator & Tester at Technicolor since July 2018. HARSHA has taken complete ownership of managing the Mediaroom project and collaborating directly with clients, while also handling Android projects that involve end-to-end validation of Android-based IP Set-top devices. Prior experience includes roles at L&T Technology Services Limited, where strong expertise in testing various mobile applications was developed, and at Cisco as an Onsite Coordinator in Media & Entertainment. HARSHA began a career at L&T Infotech as a Test Lead, focusing on analyzing business requirements and preparing test environments for mobile application testing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology from Karnataka State Open University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Development from the University of Mysore, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution.
