Irene Cambourakis

Irene Cambourakis currently serves as EVP General Counsel, Board Secretary, and member of the Executive Committee at Technicolor since August 2020. Prior to this role, Irene held the position of Group General Counsel and Secretary of the Board at Zodiac Aerospace from January 2011 to July 2020, managing the legal aspects of the integration with Safran. Additional experience includes serving as Group General Counsel at AS Watson and working at various prestigious law firms including Bird & Bird, Clifford Chance, PwC Société d'Avocats, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, and Slaughter and May. Irene has an LLM in International Banking Studies from Boston University School of Law and multiple degrees in English studies and law from prestigious French institutions.
