Luce Rivat

Luce Rivat, PMP, currently serves as VP of Global HR Operations at Vantiva since September 2022 and has been the Head of HR Digitalization, HR Processes & Performance at Technicolor since November 2020. Previously, Luce held roles such as Global HRIS Director at AccorInvest and Havas, where responsibilities included HR strategy leadership and global HRIS implementation across more than 50 countries. Luce’s early career featured positions at Algeco Scotsman Group, Lumesse, Accenture, Orange Business Services, and Société Générale, focusing on HRIS management, project delivery, and user support. Luce holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and a second Master's degree in Telecommunications Management from Michigan State University.
