Mary Vinette has a solid background in human resources, having served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, where significant contributions included promoting company culture and overseeing event logistics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, an MFA from Wayne State University, and an Advanced Corporate Coaching certification from CoachU.
