Phil Baldock

Phil Baldock is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as SVP of the Americas Regional Business Center at Vantiva since October 2021, Phil Baldock handles the P&L, inventory, and cash flow for the Connected Home division, while facilitating cross-functional coordination among sales, finance, operations, and engineering. Prior to Vantiva, Phil Baldock was EVP of Global Operations at Verifone, leading global supply chain and operational efficiencies. Previous roles include SVP and CIO at ARRIS, where strategic IT transformation and information security policies were implemented, and SVP of Business Operations at Pace, overseeing manufacturing strategy and supplier relationships. Phil Baldock holds an MBA from the University of Florida, an ACMA from CIMA, and a degree in Accountancy from Glasgow Caledonian University.
