Vikrant Kapur is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the India Head of Operations and Studio Head at Technicolor Games since March 2025, Vikrant previously held multiple senior positions at Technicolor Group, including India and APAC HR Head and Global Head of Talent Acquisition. Prior roles include Head of HR at Better.com, Senior Director of Global HR Operations at Conduent, and Vice President HR at Accenture, where Vikrant led talent sourcing and HR transformation initiatives. With a solid educational background, including an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, Vikrant has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive strategic HR initiatives and enhance organizational performance.
