Thomas Kretzmann has extensive experience in business analytics, HR controlling, and information systems. Currently serving as Teamleader for Business Analytics and Controlling at Die Techniker since May 2018, Thomas focuses on datamart implementation and reporting enhancements for client service quality. Prior to this role, Thomas spent 18 years at Euler Hermes, culminating in the position of Global Head of HR Controlling & HR Information Systems, managing global HR reporting standards and overseeing multiple IT system rollouts. Thomas also held various positions at Euler Hermes, including Head of Payroll Accounting, advising on workforce reduction programs, and providing financial reporting. Beginning a career as a Consultant/Project Manager at PwC, Thomas specialized in SAP implementations for the banking sector.
