Chen Segal-Keinan

Chen Segal-Keinan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and attendance management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Technion R&D Ltd. since November 2017, Chen manages the life cycle of temporary employees and acts as a focal point for various HR functions. Prior roles include Sourcing Specialist & Employee Relations Coordinator and Attendance Coordinator, where responsibilities involved creating candidate pools and administering attendance systems. Previously, Chen worked as a Career Consultant at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, facilitating recruitment and job placement, and as a Recruitment Coordinator at "L.M World of Personnel." Chen holds a Master's Degree in Human Services from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Human Resources from Bar-Ilan University.
