Neta Soto is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Research Assistant at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology since June 2023. Neta has held various leadership roles within the Technion Student Association, including Chairman and Vice Chairman of the student committee at the faculty of biotechnology and food engineering from August 2022 to September 2024. As a Manager at FoodTech Nation from September 2022 to August 2024, Neta contributed to innovative projects, including participation in the EIT Food "Develop Taste" program as a Product Development Manager from March 2023 to November 2023, where a plant-based chocolate pudding was developed. Neta's experience also includes working as a Baker at Sinta-Bar from February 2019 to September 2019. Neta is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biotechnology and Food Engineering at the Technion, having previously obtained a Diploma in Patisserie from the Danon Culinary Center in 2019.
