Thierry Slot

Thierry Slot is a highly skilled researcher with extensive experience in the fields of plasma catalysis and heterogeneous catalysis. Serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology and a Research Associate at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Thierry leads a plasma catalysis initiative, focusing on optimizing plasma-assisted nitrogen fixation through high-voltage plasma systems and real-time diagnostics. Formerly an Azrieli Fellow in David Eisenberg's lab, Thierry contributed to pioneering research by building custom reactors and performing scalable analytics. Early career experiences include a Visiting PhD student position at Fudan University and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam, where innovative devices for gas-producing reactions were invented. Additionally, Thierry has a background in 3D printing engineering from Ohmilabs, culminating in a patent application. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Chemistry, both earned cum laude, and a Master of Science in Molecular Design Synthesis and Catalysis, also awarded cum laude.
