Adrien Bouzel

Adrien Bouzel has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Adrien currently holds the role of Global Head of Vendor Performance Management at Technip Energies, where they are responsible for overseeing supplier quality and various activities related to purchase order execution. Adrien is leading a transformation plan to transition the organization towards a "Vendor Performance Management" approach, which includes redefining performance metrics, streamlining processes, and digitalizing activities. Prior to this role, they also served as a Project Manager at Technip Energies. Before joining Technip Energies, Adrien worked as a Project Engineer at TechnipFMC and Technip, contributing to project operations. Adrien also gained experience as an Intern at Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants and Technip, where they worked on field development engineering and technology valuation projects, respectively. Adrien started their career as an Operations Management Intern at SENAC SA and served as an Oral Examiner in Physics for Education Nationale. Adrien also has military experience as an Officer in the Foreign Legion of the French Army.

Adrien Bouzel completed their Executive Education in Strategy, Leadership, and Change Management at INSEAD in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Innovation Engineering from École Polytechnique between 2010 and 2014. In 2013, they briefly studied Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Adrien Bouzel also attended Lycée Lakanal from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
