Anand has a proven track record in executing complex projects that add significant value, along with prior roles including Application Manager for Nitro Technologies at Hindustan Platinum, where catalyst system design for nitric acid and caprolactam plants was a key focus. Additional experience includes managerial and engineering positions at ACME Telepower Ltd, Johnson Matthey Catalyst, Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd, and Nagarjuna Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. Anand holds a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and has a solid educational background in the sciences from St. Xavier's College and St. Xavier's School in Ranchi.
