Ankita Rawat

Ankita Rawat has a diverse work experience in the field of Learning and Development and Human Resources. Ankita currently holds the position of Process Lead - Learning and Development at Technip Energies since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Analyst- Learning and Development at Technip Energies from January 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Technip Energies, Ankita worked as a Process Analyst- Human Resource Service at TechnipFMC from June 2019 to May 2021. Ankita also gained experience as a Global HR Ops Analyst at Baxter Healthcare Corporation from November 2016 to June 2019. Ankita began their career as a Human Resource Operations Executive at Steria India Pvt Limited, where they worked from May 2013 to November 2016.

Ankita Rawat earned their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Delhi University, graduating in 2009. Ankita then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources (HR) from Lingayas University, completing their studies in 2012. Prior to their university education, Ankita attended Sadhu Vaswani International School for Girls, where they completed their higher secondary education from 1991 to 2006.
