Chad Roesti

Chad Roesti is a seasoned professional in construction management and estimating with extensive experience spanning various roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Proposal Delivery at Matrix Service Company since May 2025, Chad previously held key positions at Technip Energies as Construction Manager and Construction Estimating Manager, overseeing significant projects during all phases from FEED to EPC. With a solid foundation established at TechnipFMC and Technip, Chad led construction efforts on major projects, including gas dehydration systems in Venezuela and a multi-billion dollar mono-ethylene glycol facility in Texas. Additional experience includes leadership roles in estimating and project control at IHI E&C International Corporation, IHI Corporation, and Kvaerner, as well as technical and engineering responsibilities at Granite Construction. Chad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science from Montana Technological University.
