Marie-Aude SIMON-MENNERAT has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles.

Marie-Aude started their career at Framatome as a Design Engineer, focusing on nuclear safety in domestic and international markets. Marie-Aude then joined AREVA NP as a Project Manager, overseeing the maintenance of nuclear power plants and later taking on the role of Export Business Manager in Sweden for nuclear engineering services.

In 2008, Marie-Aude joined Technip and held various positions within the company. Marie-Aude served as a Deputy Project Director, leading a bankable feasibility study in Malaysia. Marie-Aude also worked as a Proposal Manager, specializing in liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects and contract negotiation. Marie-Aude'slast role at Technip was as a Project Director for YAMGAZ Directorate Level, managing the YAMAL LNG project.

From 2018 to 2021, Marie-Aude worked at TechnipFMC as a Project Director, winning an EPC project in the LNG sector and overseeing multiple projects.

Currently, they are employed by Technip Energies as the Vice President of Operations for Gas & Low Carbon Energies in the US, Europe, and Russia. Marie-Aude is also serving as a Project Director, leading energy transition projects in LNG and hydrogen.

Marie-Aude SIMON-MENNERAT completed a Transition to General Management (TGM) program at INSEAD in 2021. In the same year, they also studied Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption at INSEAD. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in an unspecified year. In 1998, they obtained an engineering degree from ENSTA Paris. Marie-Aude has also acquired additional certifications, including a MOOC in Energy Transition from IFP School in 2021, a course in Geopolitics of Hydrogen from ILERI in 2020, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2007.
