Marie Gepel

Marie Gepel's work experience includes various leadership roles in data management and digital transformation. Marie currently serves as the VP of Digital Transformation at Technip Energies, where they are responsible for driving the company's transition to carbon-free energy through the innovative use of technology and data. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Data Office at Technip Energies and as the Chief Data Officer at Thales. Marie also has experience in data governance and program management, as they served as the Group Data Governance Program Director at Le Groupe La Poste. Additionally, they co-founded ShuFu.fr, worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Lincoln, and held managerial positions in Ayming, Shanghai Mamas, Altran, and AFD Technologies.

Marie Gepel completed their MSc in Management from IÉSEG School of Management from 1998 to 2003. In 2001-2002, they attended Tilburg University to study Economics, Marketing, and Finance, although they did not receive a degree from there.
