Swapnil Pathak is a seasoned professional in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as Lead - Process Design at Technip Energies since February 2023, focusing on cost-effective hydrogen manufacturing technologies and process optimization. Prior to this role, Swapnil held significant positions at Navin Fluorine International Ltd. as General Manager - Technology & Design, where responsibilities included leading corporate digital transformation initiatives, and at Ingenero, where as Senior Manager - Process Technology, Swapnil managed technical support for ethylene manufacturing clients. Earlier experience includes a role as Production Engineer at Indian Oil Corporation, specializing in various refinery operations. Swapnil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
